HammerTap to Focus on eBay and Online Market Analysis
AuctionBytes.com
After working as a division of Bright Builders Inc. for two years, HammerTap is now an independent company owned by Bright Builders. Spokesperson Jen Cano said HammerTap will focus on online market analysis for eBay and online sellers. HammerTap's DeepAnalysis product, an eBay data research tool, will diversify. There will be separate DeepAnalysis programs for eBay, Overstock, Yahoo Stores and Google/Froogle. HammerTap will continue to market two other tools for eBay sellers, FeeFinder and BidderBlock.
HammerTap also announced a new version of DeepAnalysis to be released soon. Utilizing eBay licensed data, DeepAnalysis 3 will offer include seller-specific data, shipping data and a new user interface. With seller-specific data, HammerTap customers will be able to track competitors to increase sales and profits. New shipping data will allow customers to list the best shipping price to close more auctions. And the new user interface is designed to help researchers find the data they need with graphical charts and reports.
